I know Rihanna can be really shady, but I doubt this is shade.
Rihanna loves Rita, and even though she's aware of the comparisons, I don't think she would intentionally shade Rita. For all we know both Rihanna and Rita are in on this to rile up the fans that get angry over any similarities between artist's behaviour.
