HITS & SoundScan Top Albums (November 23-30, 2009)
Probably the most exciting week for albums yet!
Before HITS posts their updates, I'll like to see everyone's predictions for this week.
Here are mine....
Susan Boyle - 350k
Rihanna - 300k
Lady GaGa - 150k
Adam Lambert - 110k
Shakira - 70k
Unfortunately, I have to admit that Susan Boyle does have all the soccer moms buying her album. That will probably give her the upper hand against both Rihanna and Lady GaGa. Adam Lambert will probably get some solid sales, while Shakira bombs harder than her AMA performance.

I can't see how Subo is doing great digitally, She will skyrocket her retail sales for sure, GO, GO, GO!
I don't know but I'm not sure if Rihanna's physical sales will be enough to pass Gaga in the total sum, since Gaga seems to be doing well digitally!

I hate John Mayer, but at least he's keeping "the future of our generation" from hitting #1.

Yes. There are several discounts on everything which makes the public buy more. Last year, I remember seeing a shitload of people buy nothing but the Kanye or Guns N Roses CD. Too bad that didn't help them too much on Billboard. (Although their sales would have been much lower if it hadn't been for that)

HITS needs reports from the chains that are selling for predictions and the entire day of Tuesday would be more accurate than most of Tuesday.

But since Mondays are the first day instead of Tuesday this week, why not tomorrow?
