the differences are the videos on rotation, MTV Hits USA seems or at least what I saw when I had it that the thematic playlists are of old videos, MTV Hits Latin America in every single playlist plays new videos, so it's kind of boring to see one video like 10 times at day
they also play videos that only MTVLA would play, example: The Rasmus or Wisin & Yandel, so it might be that someday we see Shakira, Julieta Venegas or Juanes videos
there are not artist playlists
It is expected to premiere videos weekly, but sometimes they don't premiere anything in weeks
that's why they premiere like 30 videos when they decide to premiere something
so, it seems to have many negative things but hey, it's cool to know other kind music that MTVLA would never play.
