Her catalog sales are fine. All of those artists, except the one with only 2 more songs charting when compared to Gaga, released a single in 2016. Rihanna and Beyonce being the ones with actual albums.

Not really comparable as Katy's are all her biggest hits and only from 3 years ago. Gaga's is from like 7 or 8. Not to mention Gaga's music is very dated and it's not old enough for people to use it as a throwback classic.

Her songs are simply not remembered compared to her peers. ARTPOP and her not releasing for so long also probably plays a part.
