That clip is definitely not in Hindi so it's not Bollywood (Hindi movies) or Hindi pop . It's looks like a movie clip and the language seems like it's Tamil so it's probably from a Tamil ("Kollywood") movie song. India doesn't really have a lot of standalone pop songs and music videos.
