I'm glad she explained what happens, but it wasn't even necessary. All of the media coverage has either blamed CBS, blamed Bieber, or labeled her a trooper for pushing through.

She only messed up like two notes She was great.

Perhaps all of the audio issues threw her off and made her more nervous than she already was I feel so bad for her

I thought the performance was still incredible. I even like the idea of an acoustic guitar in the song. Maybe not that guitar but a better, more in tune one.

And her voice only cracked when she started getting emotional towards the end. The overreaction.

It still doesn't explain the wildly flat top notes. The performance was mostly good, but those top notes in the early choruses were very poor.

I feel so bad for her considering her stage frights and all. Having said that, it was still not her best vocal performance. Still, she looked mesmerizing!
