Are you tech savvy?
I'm in the current process of rebuilding a computer, it's such an old mini laptop i've had for years and never used, it's super slow and has Windows 7 starter on it and now i'm installing Windows 10 and getting new parts for it
Overall are you tech savvy?

Hardware wise, kinda. I couldn't build a computer from scratch though.
Software wise, yes.
