I would say 1999-2004, even though she has shined in some of the departments since.
Britney was my first favorite, enough said.
Hilary ruled the teen scene 2003 through 2006.
Selena has been The Teen Queen since 2010.
Carrie was unstoppable 2005 - 2007.
