Well, actually the concert was 95% sold-out. She just turned to the almost empty part of the venue and said it. I don't think she was making fun of the crowd.
We know the show was nearly sold out (no surprise). Just saying the audience itself was laid back where as all her other shows the audience was hype, screaming, etc. And that's a nice fact about you being Russian I guess...
