If MTV truly count the Billboard top singles charts without omitting anything, I'd be seeing Kanye West on the countdown. But this should be completely determined by TRL votes. I'm not watching another complete episode of TRL until the format changes to the way it was before October 22, 2007. No more Soulja Boy unless the TRL audience votes for him.
