She may think that that's the right thing to do, but that's not how it works. If you do the least amount of work in terms of writing, you simply get listed last and get paid the least. All of the writers agree on a percentage and that's what you get paid.

I can see her point though, she'd get a very small percentage for what changes she did, so its not even worth it.

On the other hand, if she composed like a certain someone with an ASCAP songwriter of the year award, she'd get paid a lot more.
