Amber Heard and Johnny Depp's legal battle has come to an end.

The exes have reached a divorce settlement out of court, just one day before the estranged pair was scheduled to appear for a hearing and three days after Heard sat down for a deposition, as confirmed by TMZ.

The Pirates of the Caribbean actor has reportedly agreed to pay his former wife approximately $7 million and the actress has dismissed her domestic violence restraining order petition against Depp, a petition she can never refile as it was "dismissed with prejudice."

The two also issued their first joint statement together since Heard filed for divorce in mid-May. "Our relationship was intensely passionate and at times volatile, but always bound by love. Neither party has made false accusations for financial gain. There was never any intent of physical or emotional harm," they said.

After Chris Brown went on his apology publicity tour, he continued to attack people publicly. White male celebrities tend to be smarter in terms of PR. After they go on their apology publicity tour for whatever they did, they stay out of the public eye and continue being a-holes behind closed doors. That's why Mel Gibson can continue to have a career and is currently releasing a buzzed-about film and Chris Brown is stuck in the past and can't move on. Johnny Depp seems like he has Chris Brown tendencies, though. Depp is probably over.

How soon we forget that Chris was given a 2nd chance and won a grammy.
He messed up to the point of being jailed...not jailed for a night. Jailed for an extended period.

Let's try not to make everything a racial divide and if so, please don't use someone that was given another chance and blew it and became worse in his actions.

In any event, I'm glad they got this out of the way.

She needs to move on and I wish her well.

Johnny was known for trashing hotels and horrible fights with his exes in the past so I'm not surprised of the allegations.

Hopefully they both learned lessons
