Look at the current Olympics medal standings, USA are trashing everyone yet again. It's been like that for almost 100 years now, despite some countries like India and China being way more populous... Why is that?
Because they have people originating from all territories around the world, meaning they have all the strengths of different ethnicities wrapped into one country. The Chinese can't dominate athletics, like they do table tennis for example. It seems the Jamaicans and Africans excel at athletics. You have many athletes competing for the USA of Jamaican and African descent.
They're not above anybody when it comes to racial rights and other stuff. See that headline when Michael Phelps won one of his gold medals along with a black athlete... It was something like: Michael Phelps won alongside an African American athlete. They didn't use her name.
