I think even though Madonna is a legend she's still not in the same level as the Beatles.

Every single pop girl has Madonna or someone influenced by Madonna in her influences, so yes.

She is the queen of pop. Elvis is the king of rock and roll and the Beatles are the biggest band of all-time so I would say she is certainly comparable. So I will answer yes.
