MR. ROBOT follows Elliot (Rami Malek, “The Pacific”), a young programmer who works as a cyber-security engineer by day and as a vigilante hacker by night. Elliot finds himself at a crossroads when the mysterious leader (Christian Slater, “The Adderall Diaries”) of an underground hacker group recruits him to destroy the firm he is paid to protect. Compelled by his personal beliefs, Elliot struggles to resist the chance to take down the multinational CEOs he believes are running (and ruining) the world.

Crazy good! I normally don't really like this hacking films (The only movie I like was Catfish) but this hook me up for an hour without checking my phone
Just downloaded and watched the first episode of this! Based on this pilot, I can already tell that this will be an exceptional series!
The themes of an economical world order, the digital age, + the psyches of hackers are all so perfectly meshed together . Not to mention the personal life of ****ed up recluse (yet sexy) Elliot..
