The lyric video just came out like 10 minutes ago and I can't get through 1 minute of it. I've been stanning for Nicki for 6 YEARS now and this is the first time she's ever made me feel purely ****ing disgusted. Why the **** is this video basically portraying WW2/Hitler/and the Nazi's.... im gonna act like only never happened. the song is meh, and the lyric video is a little problematic luckily we have the rest of the flawless pinkprint era to compensate. i'll love her no matter what
"Reach" of the YMCMB flag being the same color as Nazi's, the reach of having thousands of soldiers lined up while she's "rapping," go educate yourself and watch some videos of how the scene looks when Hitler gave speeches.
It's truly disgusting that an artist would use blatant Nazi imagery like this in a video trying to portray themselves as "boss" and "bad ass". It's not something you joke around with, it's not something you can ~subvert~ and turn into an ad for how much money you make or how big your ass is like this song is about. You can tell this site is filled with Americans who haven't seen/heard first hand experiences of the still bleeding wounds that Nazism inflicted on Europe, especially at a time where many of those beliefs are coming back (yes, right now!). I hope she gets massive backlash from this.
The only thing Nazi about this is the color of the YM flag. If it was blue y'all wouldn't even be complaining.

honestly though, lyric videos hardly matter. however, i just wish stans could admit when their fave does something questionable instead of getting all tense behind the computer screen :///

It looks exactly like a Nazi propaganda video. Like it's not even debatable, that's exactly what they were going for. You can look up Nazi propaganda videos on YouTube, the Swastika, the type of flags they displayed in their meetings, etc; please educate yourself, it's not my job to do that.
