My main advice would be to increase the production values a little, the sound in particular was quite fuzzy so a better mic would be nice
As for the content itself, make the dares more risky and degrading. Don't play it safe, this is the internet, you need to shock people to make an impact. Have fun, break the rules, and dont be afraid to get weird.
And if all else fails, get naked.
