Rihanna's Good Girl Gone Bad spawned a nine-million selling album, three Billboard number ones and a series of worldwide hits, from 'Umbrella', to 'Don't Stop The Music', to 'Disturbia' and 'Take A Bow', as well as a successful worldwide tour. It also received critical acclaim, with 'Umbrella' earning a Grammy Award and the VMA for Video Of The Year.

It sold more records & had the bigger tour. And albums sales aren't that far, I mean 8m in 2008 vs 6m (at the end) in 2010.

Album Sales - GGGB,duh.
Single success - I think both albums did amazing singles-wise,and the part of the reason why Katy's singles peaked higher is that digital market wasn't this big at the time of GGGB era.It's easier to get #1s nowadays.But let's say Katy takes this one.
Critical Reception - 72% vs..what..52%?GGGB.
Impact - GGGB by far.Umbrella alone is more iconic and memorable than all of TD singles combined,and is one of the most memorable songs of last decade.
Tour success - I don't really know what exactly the gross of GGGB tour was,but I doubt it's average per show was less than $0.4 million aka CDT's average?Even if it was,GGGB still wins overall.
So there you have a clear answer.
