I feel like there are a lot of stereotypes behind being white -- as there are in every race -- but I'm also having a difficult time differentiating which caucasian race people are referring too. Comments like "white people have no culture" or white people in general doing odd things like killing cats or something are really starting to irk me (oh god, hopefully nobody calls me out for being a sensitive white guy now).

Last time I checked I am white. I also have a very ethnic background that I still to this day am involved in through my parents/cousins/friends/school. My sister isn't actually my girlfriend and I don't eat bread with cheese for lunch. I hate how this whole "white joke" generalizes ALL white people; Italians, Scottish, Germans, Greeks, Turkish, French, Russians, etc because we DO have a culture and are mostly very grounded. This rant came to me when one of my black friends said to me that I have a larger group of friends because I am white. Uh, it was also the biggest pain in my arse to grow up in a house that spoke little to no English -- which hindered many friendships in preschool -- and finding a job that didn't mind hiring a boy with 103 letters in his name. Shockingly, white people are racist to each other too because if little white Olga Kuznetsovak applied to Walmart, Amanda Golden's application becomes priority.
