Here's how it goes. Twenty "critics" will be a part of The ATRLCC (Absolute Total Request Live Critics Circle). Fifteen will be chosen by me, and the other five can apply in this thread.

I should mention - since ATRL is a US based site, everything that is not directly from the US goes in the international categories. Ergo Drake and Bieber in International Male, Rihanna in International Female, etc.
