‘Dad of the year’ takes daughter trick-or-treating on plane
Quote:
When the father of a 3-year-old girl realized his daughter would miss trick-or-treating due to travel, he decided to do something about it.
He enlisted the passengers on his flight to become a neighborhood in the air for little Molly. He prepped the passengers by handing them this note before he sent his daughter through the plane for her treats:
Quote:
My 3-year-old daughter Molly was bummed that she wouldn’t be able to go trick-or-treating this year due to this flight…so I decided to bring trick-or-treating to her. If you are willing, when my little donut comes down the aisle, please drop this in her basket. You’ll be making her Halloween! If you are unwilling, no worries, just pass the treat back to me. Thanks so much!
Then he sent Molly, dressed as a doughnut, down the aisle of the plane.
Passenger Stephanie Kahan, who was on the plane from Boston to San Francisco, was so touched she posted a photo of the event on Twitter, calling the father “Dad of the year.”
