I really hope they don't release the single anytime soon. I mean "Round & Round" is still climbing the charts and Hollywood Records needs to be patient. Still think R&R will be a hit single.
Round & Round is so close to top 40 on radio right now and z100 just added it, so it's only going to go up now. They need to wait until R&R peaks before they release this.

I agree but they shot the video already and I'm sure HR wouldn't have shot a video unless they were ready to release a new single. I think they probably thought that R&R was a flop since it didn't shoot up right after the success of Naturally. Selena is simply not a radio sensation yet. The single will be Top 40 by this weekend and I'm sure it won't stop there. So I really hope they wait to release this second single until after the album is released or maybe the same day the cd is released for big week sales.
Am I the only one that doesn't like the sounds of a video shot in the desert? It's so overdone right now and kinda a cliche in a corny way, like "A Year Without Rain" = a dry desert. Haha I get it.

I think if there is a story line, it would be perfect. It does go well with the title of the single.
Not sure what's being released the same day as Selena's album. Would be pretty cool if it does go #1.
Well I really hope HR isn't stupid enough to release a new single or a video. They need to get the video done and put it in a safe so it doesn't get leaked until a couple months from now. I really hope they recorded the video because for some reason, Selena will be too busy to record a music video in the future.
Yeah... Maroon 5 will definitely take the #1 spot if they move the album up. I really hope they leave it on the 28th. Jimmy Eat World would be their biggest cmpetition and I'm sure Selena would be able to beat them as their last album debuted with 62,000 copies and Selena's sold 66,000 in their first week.
I'm thinking Selena's first week will at least sell 100,000 simply because Naturally was a hit and this time around she has a single (Round & Round) that is becoming quite a hit.
