Hi everyone! This is my first year doing the lists of the best of the year, so I hope you'll like it!
I'll be doing Top 70 songs list, a Top 15 Albums list and a Top 10 music videos lists.
My list will feature only songs strictly released in 2015, so singles from 2015 from albums released in 2014 won't be featured! There's only one exception to this rule :3
Fight Song is a good song, maybe too fabulist.
It has not the best writing, particularly the chorus
could have been written way better, but it’s not a
bad song at all. The production is simple, but
effective and Rachel's vocals work.
The Chainsmokers f/ ROZES,"Roses"
Roses is an enjoyable dance-y
electronic track, with an interesting breakdown.
But maybe too repetitive. But well, good direction
change for The Chainsmokers. Thank God.
Melanie Martinez,"Soap"
Soap is strange song.
It is good, but it's weird, not successfully managed
honestly. So it does sound like it doesn't completely
work like it should.
Hailee Steinfeld,"Love Myself"
Love Myself is a great catchy pop
tune and it does its work. It's enjoyable and funny!
And Hailee is cute.
Melanie Martinez,"Sippy Cup"
This other track from Melanie's
album is more complete and better managed
than Soap, but still.
Anyway I've forgotten to say that my list will feature only songs strictly released in 2015, so singles from 2015 from albums released in 2014 won't be featured! There's only one exception to this rule :3
Love Myself! the lyrics are amazing! and Roses is my favorite song from this set! The Chainsmokers are really underrated, so glad they now have a second hit
I’d probably put this much higher if I hadn’t
discovered Grimes and her music only, like,
a week ago. You have to have time to enter
Grimes’ music. But you know that this is really
good.
Calvin Harris f/ Disciples,"How Deep Is
Your Love"
At first listen I didn’t like this song, because
it felt too house music for me. But I learned to
like, and now I casually bop to it sometimes.
Sia,"Alive"
Alive could have been so much better, but I
think it lacks something, because at some point
in the song it falls flat. But Sia’s voice is superb,
as always.
Charlie Puth f/ Meghan Trainor,"Marvin Gaye"
This is cute, you know? The production in
particular. Lyrics are pretty forgettable, but who
cares in this case.
Zedd f/ Selena Gomez"I Want You To Know"
I began to like I Want You To Know a lot of
time after the release of the song, and it’s very
likeable and danceable. But the breakdown it’s
a lot generic.
I'm a fan of Marvin Gaye's production as well. If the lyrics weren't so cringeworthy, I'd like it a lot more, but I still listened to it quite a bit this year.
IWYTK is a nice song. Nothing too remarkable about it, but it's occasionally a good listen!

Yeah, it's a good to listen to it when you're doing other things, or when it occasionally comes on! What a pity the Marvin Gaye lyrics
Alive kinda disappointed me...
How Deep Is Your Love is my favorite from this set! Didn't like it that much at first but now is one of my fave songs of 2015
