the promo is actually pretty good. I just don't think the new panel is going to give it any justice. I'm still hung up on Simon leaving. As much as i love Steve, he's no Simon.

Good promo, also. I'm glad they got all (right?) the Idols to appear in it. I guess it's the best way they can show some kind of continuity with the past now that the panel is 2/3 new and there's no Simon Cowell.
But the male idols are more versatile and writes their music
lmao. David, Kris and Lee are all in the AC/Rock field. Taylor and Ruben are both soul artists. Where's the versatility? Meanwhile with the females you have Pop Rock with Kelly, R&B with Fantasia, Country with Carrie and Pop with Jordin.

Idk, I kinda prefer the musicians, Imagine Kris, Lee and David on a track
Lee He's my least favorite Idol. But a duet between David and Kris would be really amazing. I think the roughness and rawness of David's voice would blend well with Kris' smooth voice. Someone needs to hook that up
