Her album was a commercial flop, It didn't match her previous success (LOUD). In 16 weeks it sold 2.5M WW, which is LOW considering she's the world "biggest" pop star. Even after she released her mega smash 1st single all her other singles are doing very Bad WW.

No, she's always had periods that aren't as commercially successful as her many peaks, and she's not even doing badly now. She's had a song in the Billboard Hot 100 top 10 for about 26 consecutive weeks, and her album is still selling consistently.
Well, this huge "shocking" moment of a collaboration did absolutely nothing to help the era, so I don't know what else she could possibly do. I would say yes, she's fading. Don't forget the tour receipts and the fact that Take Care is underperforming (considering the radio play). What happened to her being the it-collab girl?
And she is taking a break from music right now since she has several other things going on (she is executive producer of her own show premiering on British tv in a few months) and has several promo spots for Battleship.
