Album sales are the pits and she's not strong in that department, so not with albums unless she gets really lucky
Now with sales adjustments for the sales climate maybe, who knows. Anything can change in 5 years,

She'll probably increase her lead in single sales and streams, but Gaga will may have still sold more albums overall by 2020

Keep in mind Prism did 9m in TEA/SEA
(4m+4B streams +26.5m tracks)
Whilst Artpop did 3.2m in TEA/SEA

No. The industry is changing too quickly. Streaming is the future. Album sales are declining rapidly. They'll struggle to pull anywhere near their own past numbers.
