Actually wait, this is probably fake. This is based on the dummy version of the iPhone, that purposely removed the tru-tone flash found on the 5s.
That phone doesn't have it.
And China are known for fakes. It could be it, and if it is it's ugly, but at the same time, it seems to close to the unfinished dummy, rather than featuring the new features found on the 5S.
The dummy's were made for case designers and used the earliest design of the phone. The iPhone 6 will have the tru tone flash, that this doesn't have.

Also, that camera seems terrible when the iPhone 5S camera is incredible. Who knows.
