When ATRL's Next Top Member began in 2009, it changed the Games section of ATRL forever. It has won the award for BEST GAME in the ATRL Member Awards TWO years in a row, and TOP MEMBER alumni have also received recognition (http://atrl.net/forums/blog.php?b=7206).

Having brought the attention of ATRL to ICONIC members such as JIMMYXCORE, MATTY, £100, SATELLITES, & FOXAYLOVE, and most recently, the controversial EXTRACHAPSTICK, the time has come to crown the NEXT TOP MEMBER! Who will rise above his/her fellow ATRLers to show why they deserve the title? Who will fail to stand out? Who will be banned as a result of the drama that TOP MEMBER has become known for!? A once in an ATRL lifetime opportunity awaits all who are brave enough to rise to the challenge.


MAJOR ANNOUNCEMENT!!! This cycle the competition will be undergoing some MAJOR changes! First, and foremost, the ICONIC Games Master and Top Blogger, "The BEST DAMN member", and CREATOR of ATRL's Next Top Member, ANGELO, will tragically be RETIRING from the game! It has been a long and prosperous road for Angelo, but his creation lives on, for I, ExtraChapstick, as requested by Angelo personally, will be taking over the great responsibility of hosting Cycle 6 of TOP MEMBER. Don't worry, I will do everything I can to ensure the charm of the original game remains. However, it wouldn't be a game without SURPRISES, and this is only the first of MANY!

Ultimately, the TOP MEMBER Game involves a series of challenges put forth to reveal whether or not you have the qualities of a TOP MEMBER! We will judge you based on your profile, posting ability and every aspect of your persona as a member of ATRL!

Kind of hoping Sin with a Grin does this game. We need our 2nd rocker girl in the top 4 .

Good luck. Surely it's going to be a fierce competition, but just remember that you still have to give your best since the beginning so that you can be congratulated at the end. And I must say, this challenge is worthy in every sense.
