I'm now studying at college in La PLata city... which is too far from my hometown (in the south of the world lol). Next week we have 10 free days in college, and all my friends are going to their respective hometowns. I'm kind of sad. I can't go to my hometown because it's too expensive ( it's an island which has an argentinian part and a chilean part, and the ferry is on the chilean one so i have to go to chile first and then enter to my country again :S it's a mess to get there) and it takes a 4 days journey to arrive. I think i'm going to visit my cousin who lives near here, but it's not the same... i miss my friends and my family... i wish my hometown wasn't in the southern island of the world lol

I feel for you ... I wish you at least enjoy your break though ... look on the bright side ... at least you're not going to be in school

yes I have a blog!! lol... I cook for myself... that's quite boring..but the positive thing is that I like how i cook lol

I'm a male college student. With "cooking," 23/25 times it's either take-out, a TV Dinner, something quickly thrown in a bowl, a package of noodles, something to toss in a microwave, a frozen pizza, or something to shove down the toaster.

Otherwise from that, I do fair at the simple stuff. - (Hamburger Helper, Mac and Cheese, and a couple crock-pot meals.)

Yep, I cook more and more nowadays, I'm ok at it and I can make great tasting food but I'm no chef who can make a ton of recipes out of a few ingrediants and I'm not very good with desserts just yet. Thank goodness for recipe books .

Wow...I'm not a cook, I basically do what everyone else posts. If there is one thing I know how to cook its Rice Pudding. My grandma always wonders when I'm going to make more. hahahah, everytime I see her, she's like, "Have you made that awesome Rice Pudding yet?"
