We all know the infamous EY/BTW/She's Not Me mashup that Madonna did on her top grossing MDNA tour, but how come in the MDNA Tour DVD credits BTW is not list?
You can see from the screen cap that EY is there with "contains elements from 'She's Not Me'", but no BTW.
It seems really bizarre she can sell a DVD with that song on it but not credit it. What do you think is going on?
Gaga wasn't paid
That's the whole issue, Gaga didn't credit Madonna, things got messy and Madonna ended up using the song for her tour. If Gaga dares to speak up no one, absolutely no one will side with her
Personal feelings aside, legally you have to acknowledge other people's work. It's bizarre she didn't have to, and Germanotta and her team haven't challenged it.
