I'm going to be realistic here. In places in Africa, where the medical resources are so poor, they managed to keep so many I'll healthed people alive with slim resources. I know a lot of people unfortunately died, but the fact a high percentage of people survived given the location they're in, is brilliant news. In the U.S. the medical resources go above and beyond that. If they know roughly how to keep a patient under control and living, I'm sure everything will be fine.
