Producer Sean Garrett, who wrote three songs on the upcoming record, dished to EnStars about what fans can expect, admitting Cyrus has a “big surprise” coming.
“We have a big surprise feature artist on the record. It might be the next single,” Garrett teased during the Aug. 13 interview. “I can’t tell anyone who it is — but she’s REALLY big.”
Rumors have been swirling for weeks that Britney Spears and Nicki Minaj have been working with Cyrus, but Garrett remained mum, saying, “It’s top secret.”
People may think they know what her records were going to sound like, but this record is truly about her and felt natural for her. She had a vision and knew what she wanted,” he said, adding that there were some who doubted her new direction.
Cyrus echoed that sentiment last month. “There’s definitely been times where I’ve had to fight for what I want on this record,” Cyrus told MTV News on the set of her VMA promo shoot.
“But I think everyone now is starting to see that I had a vision, and I’m really excited about it. It’s just gonna be – it’s gonna be crazy. It’s gonna be single after single after single,” she added.
It could not be Nicki, because they just recorded the track.
Anyway This album will be her best, likely.

Rihanna would be very interesting, especially because she isn't on the radio right now. Also it would probably push the song to the rhytmic radio where Miley, Avril & Britney are weak.
