So this is my first time to do something like this ever. Basically the title says it all. We're here to determine according to ATRLers with your music taste and preferences, the 100 Best title tracks usually coming from the album of the same name or of movie soundtracks starting from the year 2000 to the present. So, I hope all of us would help each other in revealing the finest 100 title tracks of the 21st century!
This is interesting because a lot of the recent pop girl albums don't have title tracks (Rated R, 21, 4, The Fame Monster, Ceremonials, Loud, Femme Fatale, Unapologetic, etc).
Can songs that are titled like the album they're in and that album hasn't been released yet, but the song was released, (like Overgrown from James Blake) be in?
Before I begin looking for my 3-20, let me remind ATRL that Amy's Back to Black and Norah's Come Away With Me apply. I'll see how A Public Affair fares in my ballot, but it IS top ten.
This rate is making me wish The Idler Wheel... was titled "Werewolf" or "Hot Knife" instead of the mess that it currently is.
