OMG I just noticed that and I think it was because Devin had just taken Lazaro's part, hence Lazaro looking at him smirking, but he took it because Lazaro didn't start singing so he was practically saving him

To be fair this is the FIRST time Devin is overtly effeminate during a performance while Paul and Lazaro had been acting like Mariah Carey in all of their performances
