League of Legends, the most popular MOBA in the world, released a splash art for a new skin (Heartseeker Lucian) that is set to be officially released in just a few weeks. A lot of people are finding his representation in the art to be racist. The character in question is black and many find the art off-putting and are calling it a cartoonish caricature of a black person. They are even saying it looks like someone in blackface. Below is the art in question. Do y'all find it to be offensive?

Actually, another criticism is that there's emphasis on the jewelry but I forgot to put that in the OP.
I mean there's a subtle pimp aesthetic going on, but tokenism and the fear of it is what happens when there lacks diversity. If this is 1 of 4 black males I doubt anyone would care, surely?
