Beyonce easily. Any other opinion is delusion honestly. Beyonce has had more impact, iconic music, quality music, acclaim, respect, validation, etc. No shade but the most impactful things Britney has done since 2003 was kissing Madonna, Toxic, collabing with Rihanna and judging on X-factor. Everything else was cute but nothing special.
Since 2003 Britney has sold more albums, singles and concert tickets.
All wrong. Beyonce has been outselling Britney since she went solo...EVERY album. I can't speak on the singles but Bey's highest selling singles, Telephone, sold more than any of Brit's singles post 2003. Don't do it

I think that is due to the lowering and lowering of the standards of talent in music. The latter years until this present has been so much concerned about profit, as evident from the digital era.

This only emphasize the point I made that Beyonce only made it globally huge in 2009. Of course today she may appear just as big as Britney, but that's only because she's at her peak.
We're talking about 2003 though. DIL may have sold 8.8 but that maybe due to long term discounts, sales, and stuff. We're solely talking about 2003 alone, not 2003 and onwards.
