He's lost so much weight, I just hope he's done it in a healthy way!
His head does look a bit... big, in proportion to the rest of his body.

Yes, his head now looks slightly out of proportion as we're not used to seeing him like that -

I wouldn't want to be here celebrating him for this but finding out that he felt pressured to do so or worse him overdoing it
