The latinos will flock to see her. They're huge Vegas goers [Luis Miguel, Alejandro Fernandez at The Colosseum both earn like $3m per date every time they schedule dates there]
It's smart marketing for an untapped demographic especially in the southwest United States where the highest concentration of latinos are.
And everyone else know she's a seasoned performer/talented so they'll wanna see her too.

she right now is more popular than britney, maybe not so much in terms of chart success but overall in terms of main stream media
I don't see the show doing as well as Piece of Me but I'm really excited to see her. I think Vegas is a great option, and I know she will put on a great show.
