Yes. Many of them were brought as children unwillingly by their parents and identify as Americans culturally. It is my personal belief that any person regardless of his/her condition who has the drive to study should be able to attend university. Imagine if an undocumented person becomes a doctor or engineer--I think that would be great for the country.

No. University places should go to registered citizens.

All registered citizens, in the US at least, are free to attend any university of their choosing provided they are accepted and meet the academic requirements of the institution. Saying that immigrants should not be allowed to attend because citizens then would be at a disadvantage is illogical.

I would understand the concerns over financial aid, however. Yet undocumented immigrants are never given federal financial aid and very rarely are given state financial aid. Some get funding through private scholarships. Many have to enroll as international students so they pay even more for tuition.

This is the stupidest thing I've heard considering many American Universities, especially private ones, take International students.

Yes, they should. If they have the grades and qualifications, why not. Especially if they went through the American public school system, more power to them for overcoming adversity.
