My parents are divorced, so the 24th with my dad and 25th with my mom.

I was gonna put 24th but I forgot 12 am meant the next day so yeah the 25th.. we have a toast and everyone gathers in a circle and wishes everyone a Merry Christmas and then we open presents

Both. We're allowed to open one gift of our choosing Christmas Eve, but we open the rest on Christmas.
