Well, eye already have 1989 so I couldn't care less if she removes her music. But in general I hate it when artists don't put their music on Spotify so I'll go with #TeamSpotify.
Team Taylor of course. Its ridiculous that people feel they have the right to decide how Taylor should market the music she created. Most of that entitled folk would not buy albums anyway.
#TeamTaylor 100%. I'm a Premium Spotify subscriber, but it's ridiculous that anyone is blaming her for this. They simply don't pay artists enough. Taylor should not feel any obligation to put her music on their service if she doesn't want to.
Taylor obviously. The only ones being greedy are Spotify and some users who are too greedy to actually pay for music.
If Spotify paid fair rates to musicians then this wouldn't be an issue. Either Spotify will have to change their royalties rates or more artists will adopt windowing or go to alternative streaming sites like Band Camp or iTunes/Beats.
The one worth billions. It's saving illegal downloading. Like it or not, technology is changing. Nobody is going to decide to pay $12.99 when they can just go on YouTube/Soundcloud. Sorry boo.
