.. PETA is one big mess, starting with their name; it is possible to treat an animal ethically whilst using it for the benefit of the human race.
Medical ethics is the reason why treatment trials involving human subjects exist, and in this day and age, these ethics can and are easily transferred into trials involving animals. The majority of stuff PETA uses is either sourced from the 1960s or from less developed countries when and where laws regarding ethics (involving humans AND animals) weren't and aren't as profound.

I know this isn't the same Peta that has members going around attacking people (physically and verbally) throwing buckets of blood, etc all over people that wear fur.
As every other animal, we have to eat. It's not our fault that we are omnivorous instead of herbivorous (btw, plants are also alive).
I'm against animal abuse, but this is just stupid...
There's rape victims, kids who are starving to death in ALL countries, and kids who are about to kill themselves, many whom don't have ANY commercials supporting them, and yet this ****ing fish DOES? If I was an abused human being watching that commercial I would personally take a trip to PETA headquarters and kill all of them.
Animal abuse is bad and everything but there are ****ing HUMANS going through abuse too and sometimes it feels like these peta people dont give a **** about that.
