GaGa's "Poker Face" is the second song in the entire history of the chart to break 11k spins tonight. The only other song to match this feat was "Lady Marmalade" by Christina Aguilera, Lil Kim, Mya, and P!nk, with over 12k spins. However, the format panel was much larger back them compared to today's 135. Even today's panel is larger than when Leona Lewis' "Bleeding Love" almost accomplished the feat with 10,993 spins. The panel only has 132 stations. It's almost 100% certain that if the three stations tracked now were tracked then, GaGa would be the third to be breaking 11k.

I thought so too. It's really strange. Like a couple of days ago GaGa was about at 10,990 with a "negative bullet" of 10, then the next day nearly 11,100 with almost a bullet of 100!
