Hello. This will be a countdown of the ATRL's 100 Favorite Female Albums, voted on by you.
How To Participate
You will submit a list of no more than 20; no less than 10 albums that you feel are the best albums to come from women. There will be a simple points system. Your #1 album will get 20 points and your #20 album will get 1 point. I'm sure you can do the math for the rest of the albums. You will submit your list to my PMs and do not, I repeat: Do not post your list in the thread until the countdown is completely over.
Take this seriously -- without taking it too seriously. Don't send a list with albums all from the past five years. Don't just send a list with a bunch of pop girls. You are essentially sending a list of what you feel are some of the greatest albums of all time. Make it count and make it good.
Don't submit an album just because you think everyone else will - your list should represent your taste.
On the other side of that, if your taste is extremely obscure, the albums you submit might not make it as most other people won't list them.
Don't submit something just because it's by your fave. Lists that feature ridiculous amounts of one artist will most likely not be counted.
No bands or groups with males unless the males are non-vocal.
