He is connected to Soundscan (we originally thought he was Adele's publicist until he publicly clocked Ichinaru19 ), and apparently a few days ago Adele's album was not on their Q4 release list until confirmation was sent to soundscan yesterday.
He actually said Adele was going to be released in 2015.
No, that was assumption on his part and was tweeted a few days ago before he confirmed it for later this year, yesterday. He just said they hadn't been sent confirmation of it yet.
Plus Adele already confirmed it for this year anyways.
