Two albums in the top 5 for gaga, YAY 
but I'm still so confused with her albums, in my country ,for the second album we didn't get just the 8 tracks, we only had the delux, fame monster so does that mean the delux only counts for the fame?

Yes.
I don't think they could make it more confusing 
They make it really confusing because the album still says The Fame Monster on it (the blonde) and yet all the charts call it The Fame because the sales are combined.
They shouldn't have even released a separate cd in the US seeing as the more expensive one outsells it anyway.

Thanks for clearing that up for me.
Yeah I agree, they should have just stuck with the delux, and not bothered with releasing the ep, but I read gaga didn't want fans who already have the fame to have to buy it again.Kinda sad that only applied to the usa fans.

You could actually just "complete this album" on itunes and you would have only bought the new 8 songs.
