It's just that we have more access to dentists that patients come to regularly, so that means there are more cavities identifies as opposed to Africa where dentist is a luxury. So of course it's all matters of how much data is compiled.
You're definitely going to have more cavities identified from 30M Canadians who have access to a dentist than the 10% rich in Africa who does.
