BREAKING GLASS: Based on early sales reports, Mumford & Sons’ new Glassnote album, Babel, is headed for a total that could go as high as 500k, but will certainly top 400k, a lock for #1. That will make it the biggest first week of the year, topping both Justin Bieber (373k) and Madonna (358k). At least until Taylor Swift’s Red drops on Oct. 22, that is. (9/25p)
Their music just seems so basic to me, most of their songs come across as them shouting and blowing into a jug while somebody cuts a banjo in half... (NO SHADE!)
