Miley clean sweeps Top 4 | Disney Stars Top 40 Global Songs
Disclaimer: Since there was a thread like this made before (by Jolie's Lips) I decided to make a Disney version of it. This thread will count down the 40 most global songs by artists that jump-started their mainstream careers with Disney (meaning Britney Spears, Christina Aguilera and Justin Timberlake aren't included). Jesse McCartney was also not included since his career did not jump-start from a Disney platform and his only connections to Disney were Hollywood Records and a few guest spots on Disney Channel shows.
Longevity:
Each artist will gain .02 points for how many weeks their song remained on each chart in the world. For example, if a song spent 30 weeks on a chart it'll gain 0.6 chart points.
Sales:
Since sales from 2003 are much different from sales 2008 and onward, I didn't count them.
Charts used in countdown: USA, Japan, Germany, UK, New Zealand, France, Denmark, Canada, Australia, Netherlands, Italy, Spain, South Korea, Finland, Switzerland, India, Belgium, Ireland, Sweden, Mexico, Austria and Norway
