Her meltdown in the meltdown mansion when she got taken to hospital wasn't just the first news story of the night, it was breaking news. I remember I was at my sister's house and the TV show we were watching stopped and the news team came up with "BREAKING NEWS: Princess of Pop being taken to hospital" and they went to a live feed of it and reported it for hours.

It was madness. Every news network was seriously doing the most.

That alone brought a shitload of discussion around her which Bey has never had. That is IMPACT. Everyone was interested in her and what happened to her, and the fact alone that she made a comeback and still managed to be relevant is something that Bey can never do.
